We are looking for bright, enthusiastic go-getters for entry-level Inside Sales positions with the fastest growing Limousine and Transportation company in the Greater Philadelphia area. As a BDR, you'll be empowered to target potential new clients, educate them on our services and ultimately position our VP of Client Services to conduct a more detailed presentation via a scheduled call or online meeting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively develop a new portfolio of clients through cold calling leads provided through company provided market research
    • Asks probing questions to determine whether potential clients meet certain criteria to qualify for our services
    • Maintain personal networks and participate in professional organizational events
    • Revisit prospects that were not closed on the first appointment through follow up calls and emails
    • Manage and maintain leads through Salesforce to ensure accuracy and proper follow up
    • Set appointments for Vice President of Client Services**
    • Be open to coaching and learning while putting in the time and effort to be successful

    Daily Functions:

    • Make 150 sales calls a day – This is real! Your primary function is to contact targeted businesses in the Greater Philadelphia area, identify if a need exists for transportation, highlight the services we provide, confirm the individual you are speaking with is the stakeholder (or find out who is) and schedule a call or online meeting for them to learn more about what value we offer and for KSTG to learn how we might be a good fit
    • Book 4-5 calls/online meetings every day! – You will have access to the VP of Client Service’s calendar. It is your primary job to keep him busy by filling every available block of time with a scheduled call or online meeting
    • Qualified meetings only! – It is your job to vet the lead during your intro call and make sure every scheduled call/online meeting is a real opportunity

    The company is offering:

    • $36,000 base salary
    • After first 30 days, successful candidate will receive a performance review every 6 weeks (after 6 months, candidate will be reviewed every 6 months going forward)
    • The successful candidate will be reviewed utilizing the following metrics:
    • a) Average number of calls made on a daily basis (information pulled from phone system)
    • b) Total number of scheduled calls/online meetings made for VP of Client Services
    • c) Percentage of scheduled calls/online meetings that resulted in the client having us provide rates or specific runs (This number will be fluid as we measure each 6-week window to see what leads turn into quotes)
    • d) Percentage of scheduled calls/online meetings that result in actual runs (this will be a running total as clients onboard)
    • e) Overall quality of leads (judged by VP of Client Services based on his feedback after each call/meeting is conducted)
    • f) Quality of data being maintained in Salesforce
    • The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual salary increase ranging from $250 to $2,500 after every review period - 5 times in your first year of employment!

    Qualifications:

    • Must have had some formal sales training (Hopkins, Zigler, Miller-Heiman, SPIN, etc.)
    • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
    • Minimum 3 years in an inside sales (vs. outside sales) environment including outbound calling environment
    • Experience closing business to business sales (non-consumer) and/or setting appointments for outside reps (i.e. technology, software, business products, temp/outsourcing services, Payroll services, recruiting, etc.)
    • Competitive/goal-driven personality, driven to succeed
    • Ability to uncover needs through questioning techniques
    • Strong follow-up skills with strict attention to detail
    • Comfortable in a quota-driven sales environment
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Technology savvy (Excel, Word, Outlook) Salesforce a plus
    • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $36,000.00 /year
