    PLEASE NOTE!!
    • This event is non-refundable after payment is made! I am sorry no exceptions!
    • Payment must be made in full by 8-3-18 or your space will be canceled.
    • Payment must be made at time of booth reservation.  No invoicing is permitted
    • All vendors must provide their own 8X8 tents!!! 
    • We will not have power options available in the field area
    • The rain date for this event is 8/25/18
    • All vendors/exhibitors must be set up no later than 3:30pm and may not leave before 7pm. This will be strictly enforced! 
    • Your booth must have someone attending it during the entire event. You may not set up and leave, even if you run out of things to hand out!
    • Trucks/cars will not be permitted to drive onto the grass display areas so all items must be carry on.  
    • Volunteers may be available to assist you; however the responsibility is on the vendor.  You must be able to get your own items and tent to your spot on the field and clean up your area on the field. Sponsor tents are located closest to the drop off area.  
    • ALL 501C3 organizations will be required to supply us their EIN numbers
