New Plans for Ridge Pike Minimize

Limerick Township has been conducting a Zoning and Streetscape study for the Ridge Pike Corridor to determine how best to channel new development. Their goal is strengthening the appeal an attractiveness of the area while providing more land use options for property owners. The next phase will include drafting and adopting revisions to the zoning and streetscape ordinance.

Please note that this study and the possible ordinance changes are “works in process” and will evolve and change from their current form before they are adopted. A joint working meeting of the Limerick Township Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission and Streetscape Committee will be held at the Township Building on Tuesday, March 6th at 7 PM. The meeting is open to the public. Copies of the draft ordinance are at the Chamber office.

Dan Kerr, Township Manager will be the guest speaker at the Spring-Ford Chamber’s March 22 breakfast at Limerick Golf Club from 7-30 until 9:30. This will be a perfect opportunity to learn more about the study and the proposed changes and to have some of your questions answered.
